‘We never walked in the snow together.’
or maybe: ‘I want to hear our hearts beat at the same pace.’
Maybe, maybe I just wanted to say ‘Please, please hold my hand!’
But perhaps I just needed to feel that you care.
We should have walked in the snow together.
We should have walked everywhere together.
